ThoughtWorks, the pioneering Agile IT consultancy and software company, today
announced the availability of Mingle 2.1, an upgrade to its Project Management tool
for iterative software development. Mingle 2.1 offers enhanced workflow management
capabilities, multi-level access control and an enriched user experience. With the
release of Mingle 2.1, Project Managers can get more actionable intelligence through
real-time collaboration data.

Mingle 2.1 provides organizations that require intelligent, multi-level user

# Project Administration - for those that need to change the structure of project(s),
# Team Membership - for other core participants (such as PMs, BAs, Devs, QAs),
# Read-only Team Membership - for Portfolio Managers and clients,
# Anonymous Access - for a wider group of stakeholders.

Mingle 2.1 also comes with easier-to-use Card TreesTM and Hierarchies, new macros
for creating write-once-reuse-often reports and other enhancements based on feedback
received from thousands of users.

"With projects getting more complex, project teams need simple tools that help them
collaborate and deliver software faster. Mingle 2.1 contains new features and
enhancements that help teams work the way they want to even when their teammates are
located around the world," said Adam Monago, Mingle Product Manager at ThoughtWorks.
